The Story: As a marketing strategist for Form & Function, I have given back to the Chicagoland business by creating innovative marketing campaigns and tools to help them tell their story. I have developed hard skills such as website redesigns, social asset designs, and competitive analyses to create effective strategies to build business stories to boost sales and awareness.

The Story: A local coffee shop named Coffee Lab was looking to update its brand and build more student awareness
The Task: We first created a brand guideline, including typography, a color palette, alternative logos, brand attributes, and brand voice. Using the brand guide we also did a comprehensive website redesign.
The Impact: Website traffic and unique visitors doubled from after our website went live. Both maintained a steady rate 2 months after the redesign went live. The website also received a peak bounce rate of 75%.

The Story: A local Mexican restaurant was looking to gain awareness from the student population. Driven by the insight of a desire for cheap food for game days, our client hosted a $1 burrito special.
The Impact: After designing three iterations of posters using Adobe Illustrator and Canva, the client chose the version to the far right. After posting the fliers around campus and online, the client sold out in 6 hours and achieved an all-time high of foot traffic.
The Story: A Konjac Jelly Brand named Tastelli was looking for ways to emerge as a healthy snack on campus
The Task: We first built out a comprehensive survey used at a variety of pop-ups across campus, building peer-to-peer brand awareness. After receiving over 100 responses, the client pivoted to focusing on building out a college ambassador program. I I created a rubric, an application, and two flyer designs with help from my team.
The Impact: 5 sampling events across campus create heightened brand awareness, a survey used at other universities including FIT, and the implementation of our first Northwestern Tastelli Ambassador.
